Booking Process in Woodbury County

Routine inmate mail does not go to the Sioux City jail address. The jail page directs non-legal mail to PO Box 591, Longview, Texas 75606 for scanning and electronic delivery. The page says processed mail and pictures are destroyed, mail sent to the wrong address is returned, and mail without a return name or address is destroyed. Legal mail is different: verified attorney mail goes to Woodbury County Jail, PO Box 3083, Sioux City, IA 51102, and must be marked as legal mail.
